I have been assisting and teaching Core workshops since 1999. Co-created and teach Core for the Childbearing Year, which teaches the specific applications of Core as it relates to pregnancy, birth, postpartum and infants. I have taught workshops in Albuquerque, NM, Barcelona, Spain and Minneapolis, MN where I currently reside. I am available to travel and teach Core workshops. |
